The Qantas Airways Boeing 707-338C VH-EBT 'City of Bendigo' operated its final revenue service as Flight QF28 from Hong Kong (Kia Tak) to Sydney (Kingsford Smith). It was withdrawn from service having flown 37,492 hours with 14,033 cycles, which included 3,652 'touch-and-go'. It was then sold to the ITEL Corporation and prepared for delivery to Kuwait Airways.
