The Qantas Airways Airbus A330-202 VH-EBC 'Gold Coast - Tweed' arrived at Melbourne (Tullamarine) having completed its non-stop delivery flight from France (Toulouse) as Flight QF6008. After its arrival and during its pre-service maintenance the aircraft's name was changed to Surfers Paradise'.

The Qantas Airways Airbus A330-202 VH-EBJ 'Margaret River' was ferried from Singapore (Changi) to Brisbane as Flight QF6006, following its repaint into the Qantas 'New Roo' livery, after its return from lease to Jetstar Airways.

The Qantas Airways Airbus A330-202 VH-EBA 'Cradle Mountain' was withdrawn from service and stored at Brisbane due to the COVID-19 pandemic, after operating Flight QF652 from Perth to Brisbane.

The Qantas Airways Airbus A38-842 VH-OQH 'Reginald Ansett' having been reactivated after being stored at Victorville (United States) due to the COVID-19 pandemic since July 13, 2020, was ferried from Los Angeles to Abu Dhabi as Flight QF6023 for cabin upgrade prior to re-entering service.

The Virgin Australia Airbus A320-232 OE-IMY arrived at Melbourne (Tullamarine) having completed its ferry flight from Manila (Clark International). It was reregistered as VH-VNR before it entered service.
