The Ansett Airlines Boeing 727-277A VH-RMV operated a Cyclone Tracey evacuation flight from Darwin. This flight set a world record for the number of people uplifted in a single Boeing 727 flight. It uplifted 321 people - 311 passengers, 3 company staff and 7 crew members.
