The Qantas Airways Boeing 707-338C VH-EAB 'City of Canberra' was involved in a dramatic mid-air 'loss-of-control' incident, whilst operating the Bangkok - Bahrain sector on the Sydney (Kingsford Smith) - London (Heathrow) service as Flight QF739.
