Ansett N.S.W. was renamed Ansett Express - November 28, 1990

Commenced Ansett Express services - April 08, 1991

It was used mainly on the Sydney - Canberra - Melbourne shuttle services

Transferred to Ansett Australia when Ansett Express operations merged with the parent airline - October 31, 1993

rudder could not be reballanced and certified once it was removed from the aircraft during the paint stripping process

Virgin Australia finalised the acquisition of Skywest Airlines - April 11, 2013

Ferried Perth - Townsville direct for repainting into the 'Virgin Australia' livery - April 20, 2013

Ferried Townsville - Alice Springs - Perth in the 'Virgin Australia' livery - April 26, 2013

It was the first Fokker F27-050 to acquire the 'Virgin Australia' livery

The aircraft was named 'Rockingham Beach'

Skywest Airlines was renamed Virgin Australia Regional Airlines - May 03, 2013

Operated its final revenue service Geraldton - Perth - October 09, 2015

Withdrawn from service and stored at Perth having flown 54,185 hours with 48,355 cycles

The aircraft can be returned to service if required with 24 hours notice

Whilst stored at Perth parts were removed from the aircraft to keep the other Fokkers operational
