Macalister, D. H. Johnstone, C. E. Wright; Navigator C. Mushe; Engineer D. Colquhoun Operated its first revenue service - May 1959 This aircraft was destroyed when it broke-up on descent into Winton, Queensland - September 22, 1966 The aircraft was operating the regular Mt Isa - Longreach - Brisbane service as AN149 Flight crew: Captains K. Cooper, J. Gillam; Hostesses N. Davis, B.
